TARTAN TAILOR TERMS AND CONDITION AND PRIVACY POLICY
Once you have confirmed your order you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order.
Within five days of confirming your order we will send you a further email to confirm that we can fulfil all of your order in its entirety.
Cancellations, amendments & returns -
If you wish to cancel or change your order after your order has been dispatched, Tartan Tailor reserves the right to recover the costs of that delivery. This will be confirmed with you at the time of cancellation.
Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days with the exception of made to measure kilt products.
You will be charged for the delivery of product(s) and this will be shown separately on the billing page of the site when you complete your order.
As your kilt is made to measure we cannot accept any returns unless the goods are faulty in which case we will replace the faulty item.
All items returned must be in a saleable condition.
Should you request to amend or cancel your made to measure kilt prior to despatch, a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 40% of the kilt cost may apply.
Payments may be made in sterling or your local currency.
All payments are made and processed through Pay Pal secure payment service and adhere to their terms and conditions.
Delivery
All orders are inclusive of shipping excluding orders outside the United Kingdom . Overseas customers should contact Tartan Tailor info@tartantailor.com for shipping prices.
Delivery Arrangements
Once Tartan Tailor has completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your order will be dispatched to you shortly. Orders will be delivered to your door. Packages will require a signature upon receipt.
