Tartan Tailor is a family run kilt makers and highland dress specialist based in the Kingdom of Fife (Kirkcaldy). Tartan Tailor specialize in hand made kilts made by our ex Black Watch (RHR) regimental Kiltmaker. Gary has almost 20 years experience having served a six year military Kilt Making and tailors apprenticeship. He holds the Master tailors certificate as well as the highland dress certificate (Distinction) and also a City and Guilds in hand craft tailoring (Distinction). All Tartan Tailor Kilts are handmade with a minimum of 8 yards of pure wool tartan. All our Kilts are hand pressed to maintain the shape of a highly tailored bespoke garment our customers have come to expect .Tartan Tailor also supply Sporrans, Jackets, Hose, Shoes, Kilt pins, and much more . Tartan Tailor Kilts are made from a minimum of eight yards pure wool, completely hand sewn and hand pressed to produce a high quality tailored finish.
